Noel G. Bard (Joe), 86, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2022 at Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital in Pittsfield, Maine. He was born on December 21, 1935 in Fort Kent, Maine to Alphie and Yvonne Bard. Joe was one of 14 children. Joe was in the United States Army and enjoyed telling stories of his time in Germany driving an ambulance. Noel (Joe) was predeceased by his parents Alphie and Yvonne Bard, wife E. Emeline Bard, son Noel J. Bard (Joey) and his loving dog Zimmer. Noel (Joe) is survived by his grandchildren Derek and Sheri Bard of Oakland, whom he resided with. Zoey and Gary Hickey of West Gardiner, Anita Trepanier of Ohio. Noel (Joe) is also survived by his five great grandchildren Lilian Hickey, Nolan Bard, Maddux Hickey, Kennedi Hickey, and Laney Bard. Noel is survived by several nieces and nephews. Noel enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, attending all of their sporting events, volunteering his time in their classrooms, and bringing them out for lunch or dinner. Joe loved spending time with his great grand children, and the family dog, Moxie. We would like to thank the staff at Northern Light for taking care of Noel in his last few days. There will be a graveside service at Lewis Cemetery, Cottle Road Oakland, Maine on July 24th at 10 am.
