Heather Furbush, 39, of Winslow, Maine died unexpectedly on November 24th, 2024. She was born on September 27th, 1985, to Robert Reynolds and Lori Farias (Furbush). Heather was a bright and vibrant mother of 2 beautiful girls, Nevaeh Campbell and Lillianna Furbush. Being their mother was something she was most proud of, and she loved them so deeply. Heather had a very big heart and truly enjoyed caring for others. She had been a Direct Support professional for almost 10 years, caring for people with disabilities, most recently at Creative Works in Augusta, Maine. Heather also greatly valued spending time with family and friends even just to do nothing but sit around and chat. Heather is predeceased by her grandparents Maxine and Percy Peters of Fairfield, Maine and Madolyn and Paul Hawes of Oakland, Maine. She is survived by her parents, Robert Reynolds of Rome, Maine and Lori Farias of Winthrop, Maine; sister Sarah Williams and husband Guy Williams of Winthrop, Maine; brother Robert Reynolds Jr. and Wife Renee Reynolds of Fairfield, Maine; her children Nevaeh Campbell of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Lillianna Furbush of Winthrop, Maine; and her nieces and nephews Ryleigh, Hunter, Mason, Harlee, Jordyn and Havynn, who all loved her very much. We would also like to say thank you to her special friend, Christine Rice, of Winslow, Maine for helping Heather recently through a hard time and supporting her through her final days. A celebration of life will be held for Heather on February 15th, 2024. More information will be provided at a later time however, if any of Heather's friends or family have pictures with or of Heather, the family is requesting them be emailed to lfariasx2@gmail.com to be presented in a slide show at the celebration. Donations can be mailed to 106 Winthrop Center Rd, Winthrop, Maine 04364 and will be used for arrangements for Heather. Arrangements are in the care of Wheeler Funeral Home, 26 Church Street Oakland Maine.
